More than 30% of all ICT specialists in Bulgaria are women, according to Eurostat. This is the story of two of them - Maria and Iskra. Almost all of Telerik Academy graduates (98%) successfully start a career in the IT industry. More than half of them (58%) receive remunerations higher than the ones in the software industry and for 80% their salaries are higher than the average for the country.
97% of the Telerik Academy Alpha graduates today live and work in Bulgaria. Nearly 70% start working in IT in less than 2 months from their studies’ end, followed soon after by the rest. Almost all are very happy with their current living standard.
